What in the world am I doing for 2018?

The answer is….I have no idea. I will have the Bohobookclub back up and running next month. That is my big goal. My plans for 2018 are to take it easy. As some of you know, my husband had a few seizures in September (on my pulmonary embolism 3 year anniversary). He fractured his back multiple times during them and has had a ton of issues since it happened. That’s why I’ve been a bit MIA, but I’m back(ish). My email is overflowing so I will get back to people in time. I haven’t replied to many people since October. I gave up on trying to taking care of my family and my blog. Sorry blog friends.

Blog goals: I just want to enjoy blogging again. I probably won’t take many books for review unless they’re audiobooks. Lupus is still killing my eyes and it hasn’t gotten better. So if you have an audiobook, hit me up. I’m hoping to add a few new bloggers if possible as well.

Reading goals: I want to read all of the Star Trek: The Next Generation books. I believe there are like 145+ – I’ve read 14 of them already since November. I may not finish them all but I am going to try.

Writing goals: WHAT? yes, I’ve been writing for a few years but I haven’t put much out. I’m hoping to put out a book in 2018. fingers crossed πŸ™‚

What are your 2018 goals?

I’m a geek blogger, mom, a wife, and a reader. My family and I are currently living in the beautiful state of Colorado. I started my blog after I landed myself in the hospital for multiple pulmonary embolisms. It took over a year to diagnose me with lupus among other things. It’s been a long journey but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I read all genres and I write about anything I feel like; From my issues with Lupus/RA/pulmonary embolisms to what is going on in the book world. Every day is a new adventure!

My first goal is to reincarnate – or is it resurrect – my murdered blog. All the posts were lost and it will look different, but it will have the same name and I’m still me, so I guess reincarnate would be correct?

  2. My goals are to write more, read more, blog more, and practice more self-care. I wish you the best of luck with your writing adventures, my friend!

  3. My goals for the year are the same as everyday, treat people the way I want to be treated and to stop biting my nails ( thats been on ongoing since my teen years though) But this year maybe the year that I succeed)

I’m trying to read more this year. Starting with finishing SAGA and listening to Astrophysics For People In A Hurry by Neil DeGrasse Tyson!

    • I honestly was afraid of them because so many of my fandom’s books are hit or miss. I am loving Desperate Hours! The new one comes out on the 8th of next month!

My goals for 2018 are totally opposite and at war with each other.
I want to finish this book series and get started on the next one.
But I also need to spend more time with the family.
