Sydney is living in an idyllic bubble—she's a dedicated student with a steady job on the side. She lives with her best friend, has a great boyfriend, and the music coming from the balcony opposite hers is fast becoming the soundtrack to her life. But when Sydney finds out her boyfriend is cheating on her, the bubble bursts. The mysterious and attractive man behind the music, Ridge, gives Sydney hope that she can move on and they begin to write songs together. But moving on is harder than she expects, Sydney can only hope….

Maybe someday…

Colleen Hoover draws you in to this passionate tale of music, love and betrayal…

I found out about Colleen Hoover from a friend who kept talking about how good her books were so of course, I gave her a try. I read four of her books within a week and a half, I guess you can say I was hooked and I can’t wait to read more.

Maybe someday is exactly what you read about in the synopsis. I hate that it gave it all away. I don’t ever read the synopsis until after I read a book anyways because I hate spoilers. But there’s also way more to it too. I was so scared that there would be no surprises. There are plenty of them, though some twists, some laughs and some mini tears running down my face. If you don’t like reading about cheating then this book may not be for you. I enjoyed the drama and love.

This story was perfect for the mood I was in, I was ready for some cheesy romance. This wasn’t as cheesy as I thought it would be but it was still a great love story. Ridge was probably my favorite character as well as Maggie. She reminded me of a friend of mine.

I also read Maybe Not #1.5 and the novella was great. It was short and sweet and everything I was looking for in a story. I fell in love with the couple and the drama. I’m starting to really enjoy reading drama.

I give both books 5/5 stars and I can’t wait to read more from Colleen Hoover. I highly recommend these books to anyone wanting to read some romance.

I’m 23 years old and a home health care worker. I picked up reading more after high school and now I love it! I try and read whenever I get a chance. I also write and take pictures. In my spare time, I watch movies and catch up with my favorite TV shows with my boyfriend. We also have a cat child that I absolutely adore. If anyone has any questions feel free to contact me!
